Toby Joseph is an Associate Broker/CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) for Coldwell Banker McMillan & Associates in Decatur, Alabama. Toby has been a licensed REALTOR since 1986. He is in the top ten percent (10%) in the Nation in sales. He has been the Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent for Coldwell Banker McMillan & Associates numerous years. He is a past President of the Morgan County Association of REALTORS and has served as a past Secretary/Treasurer for the association. Toby has been the REALTOR of the Year and Member of the Year for the Morgan County Association.
Toby is a REO/Relocation Specialist and has a BS in Business Administration from St. Bernard College. He is a member of the Coldwell Banker President’s Club and Elite Award.
At the local level he has served on the Morgan County Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and is currently a director. He has served on many committees for the association, i.e., Grievance and MLS and is currently serving on the Administrative Committee. He is currently a director for the Boys & Girls Club of Morgan/Lawrence County. At the state level he has served as a director.
Toby is married to wife, Kathy, and they have one son, T.J., daughter-in-law, Laura and one granddaughter, Anna Katherine. His hobbies include: hunting, fishing, horseback riding, boating, four-wheeling, golf, motorcycle riding and cooking.
