Shelia is a native of North Alabama particularly the Decatur area.
She can well relate to the purchasers that are relocating to the area, having lived in New Orleans, Dallas, Scottsdale, Arizona and Gulf Shores. While in New Orleans, Shelia was in property management, managing 94 properties which included mostly condos in the New Orleans & Slidell areas. During her years in Dallas, she had extensive experience in banking and the financial industry. As Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of BancTexas, she not only served as coordinator of the board meetings, but also supervised a staff of employees in various transactions involving commercial lending. While in Scottsdale, Shelia was office manager to a telecommunications division of USWest. After moving back to Alabama via Gulf Shores, she was intrigued with the real estate industry and decided to begin her career with Meyer Real Estate in Orange Beach.
Shelia came back to Decatur to be helpful to her Mother and enjoys being near family and friends. She loves to travel and can certainly make your search for a new home and location entertaining with stories of her own ‘moves’!
