Randy was first licensed in 1986 and began his real estate career working for Realty World in Decatur. In 1989 Randy open his own office, Help-U-Sell of Decatur where he was the managing broker until 1993 when he left Help-U-Sell to join Coldwell Banker. Randy has been very involved in the Morgan County Association of REALTORS, serving as chairman of many of the Association's committees over the years. He was President of the Association in 1994. Randy has been named REALTOR of the Year for Morgan County three times, in 1991, 2000 and in 2003 and was Member of the Year in 2001. Randy has also been active on the State level, having chaired the Alabama Association of REALTORS Member Services Committee and serving as a State Director for many years.
Randy has served in the local community with the American Heart Association, the United Way and the March of Dimes. Randy and his wife Betsy have been married for 25 years, they have one son, Adam, who is currently attending Miles College in Fairfield, Alabama.
